Frequently Asked Questions

How do we make a reservation?

Reservations are made over the phone at (514) 389-8434 for a minimum of 1 overnight stay. The receptionist will ask for a valid credit card number as insurance, but will not charge anything on the card. Payment for the reservation is done in person on the date of the booking and cancellations are refunded only if done 24 hours in advance.

Are deposits required for the rooms?

A 100$ deposit is required for all our newly renovated rooms, otherwise a small guarantee of 20$ is asked for each room key.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit or credit. However, American Express and prepaid cards are not be accepted.

How many guests are allowed per room?

Except in the rooms with 2 queen beds that host up to 4 adults, all other rooms are for the same 2 guests at all times.

Is there any weekly or monthly deals?

Unfortunately, we do not provide special rates for long duration stays. The total price charged will simply be the daily price times the amount of days.

Are pets allowed?

Pet animals are not allowed into the rooms.

Is cannabis allowed in your smoking rooms?

Although cannabis is now legal in Canada, we choose to forbid the substance on our premises by respect for others.
